Decio Barroso, our Manager and Head Chef has been
passionately creating crêpes with us for many years now
and he is still finding new and interesting fillings. Decio joined our team from Portugal where he once played as an international footballer with the Lisbon team Benfica. He brought with him some wonderful creations. The Portuguese crêpe uses traditional Portuguese ingredients and is definitely one to try!


Our wonderful cosmopolitan staff speak
many languages including French, Italian,
Portuguese, Spanish, Polish and Russian.
Pauline, the Crêperie owner, remembers her first ever crêpe which she has re-created
in the specials as ‘Combo’, a savoury crêpe with butter and crispy bacon, with real
Canadian maple syrup drizzled all over – Magic!
